Your Choice: Community Dialogues about Clinical Trials (DC)
July 12 @ 12:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Welcome to Your Choice: Community Dialogues about Clinical Trials in partnership with Tigerlily Foundation and the Smith Center for the Healing and the Arts!
Join us at the Smith Center for Healing and the Arts for an engaging in-person event where we will dive into the world of clinical trials and biomarker testing.
This event is designed to create a safe, supportive space where breast cancer patients and caregivers can learn about clinical trials, biomarker testing, and the importance of knowing their HER2 status. This is your opportunity to learn, ask questions, and share your thoughts on these important topics.
You’re Invited: A Day of Wellness, Knowledge & Empowerment
Join us for a complimentary Qigong and sound bath experience designed to refresh your mind, body, and spirit. Enjoy light refreshments while connecting with others in a calming, supportive space. Bring a friend and spend the day embracing wellness and meaningful conversation.
In addition to the wellness activities, take part in a powerful panel discussion led by patient advocates and expert clinicians. We’ll dive into essential topics like clinical trials, genetic testing, and biomarker testing—breaking them down in a real, relatable way.
This isn’t just a health talk—it’s a chance to claim your power. Because when you understand your options, you can make informed decisions about your care, your body, and your future.
Knowledge is Power. The Choice is Yours. Let’s talk about breast cancer—truthfully, compassionately, and on your terms.
