This will be a small group of 8 caregivers who will attend this free mini retreat to experience presence\, grounding and new awareness led by a trained coach and with active participation by the NLC horses. This unique experience may lower stress levels and reduce feelings of tension and anxiety. This special program is being generously offered by our friends at Ohana Preservation Foundation and hosted by Ohana Equestrian Preserve. \nFriday\, November 22\, 201910:00 AM – 1:00 PM\n\nProgram\n10:00 AM: Check-in \n10:30 AM: Dropping the Reins and North Light Coaching \n1:00 PM: Closing \nLunch will be provided \n\nLimited space is available.
